AN INTERSHIP PROGRAMME FOR DIVERSE,
PASSIONATE PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A CAREER BREAK.
We take a challenger mindset into our work and our culture. We respect, appreciate, and celebrate difference because, as Benjamin Franklin once said, “If everyone is thinking alike, then no one is thinking.”
The sports industry hasn’t always embraced difference – it’s competitive and can be difficult to get the right start without a helping hand or an existing connection. As well as limiting the fresh perspectives that create better work, it also is not fair. That’s why we’ve created LAUNCHPAD our internship scheme for passionate, diverse people from communities under-represented in the sports industry looking for a career break.
Every year we offer at least one paid internship position to join us for three months, where you will get first-hand experience of sports marketing and the opportunity to contribute with new ideas and thinking. Our first internship role is now available for September - November 2022.
“My experience with TSB’s launchpad internship scheme was amazing. There wasn’t a day I didn’t learn something new, whether that was creative strategy, media pitching to personal & professional skills. I enjoyed TSB’s culture which would develop even the shyest of people. From the 1-2-1 meetings, asking questions, observing, and having room to make and learn from mistakes, I feel like I have squeezed years of valuable experience into three months.” Moses Ssendegeya, Launchpad intern 2022.
